What do you like most about B2?
There’s a lot to like about B2, but what I like most about it is my team members. They are a very smart group who are always up for a laugh. I’m always looking forward to our annual retreats. During the busy season when things can get stressful, we always work together to help each other out. Even though we may be miles apart, I know I can count on them and they can count on me.
Why do you believe an exceptional customer service experience is crucial?
Customer service is the first thing people evaluate when considering doing business with a company. It serves as the front lines of representing a company’s image and that is important for a company’s reputation.
Before working at B2, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
I worked in the check printing and sorting department at the U.S. Treasury. It was interesting to see the laser technology involved in making checks.
What would you do (for a career) if you weren’t doing this?
My love for the great outdoors would have probably led me to a career path being immersed in nature, maybe a botanist.
Tell us a little bit about your family.
I’ve got two lively kids, a cockatiel, and a cat (who is afraid of the cockatiel).
